Cleanliness in our hotels has always been very important to us and appreciated by our guests. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we try even more to ensure a safe and comfortable stay. Familiarize yourself with our activities and feel safe with us!

SAFE AT THE RECEPTION DESK:
1. Possible refusal to register people with symptoms.
2. The obligation to wear masks in public places in order to ensure safety.
3. Obligation to disinfect hands before check-in.
4. Limiting people waiting at the reception and keeping a safe distance.
5. Maximum shortened check-in and check-out times.
6. Disinfection of pens.
7. Systematic disinfection of the reception desk, hotel cards and terminals as well as all public places in accordance with WHO guidelines.

SAFELY IN THE ROOM:
1. Thorough disinfection of flat surfaces in rooms and bathrooms and all equipment such as remote controls, telephones, door handles, contacts and dispensers).
2. Room cleaning service performed in accordance with the procedures only at the express request of the Guests.
3. Cleaning staff works according to procedures during in-room service.

SAFE IN THE RESTAURANT AND BAR:
1. Spacing between tables increased to safe distances.
2. Acceptance of the current restrictions, the number of seats in the restaurant and bar.
3. Catering staff work according to procedures wearing masks.
4. Dishes and cutlery always washed / steamed according to SANEPID guidelines.
5. Disinfection of tables for each guest
6. All meals are prepared in compliance with hygienic requirements according to HACCAP / SANEPID / WHO guidelines.

SAFELY IN THE COMMON SPACE:
1. All handles, handrails and buttons in elevators are systematically disinfected.
2. Access to a dispenser with disinfectant liquid in all common areas.
3. Contactless soap dispensers
in public toilets.
4. Regular airing and / or ozonation of common spaces.
5. Equipment available for guests (computer, bikes) disinfected
each time after use.
6. Instructions for washing hands in public toilets.
